I had acne and there are scars. Using the product for a while now (about 10 days) there is a huge difference in my skin and I would recommend it to anyone who has the same issue I had. I have not had any issues with the rate of Niacinamide personally. It leaves a bit of a sticky finish but after moisturizer it's ok.
