Start using retinol gradually and slowly build a tolerance in your skin. On a clean face and after toner and serum, apply the cream to the areas you want to target during your evening routine. It is recommended to use sunscreen the next day.

The building of "tolerance" can be shorter or extended depending on the case. Observe your skin and act accordingly. Stay in the same phase until your skin gets used to the retinol and you have no discomfort. Then increase the frequency and areas of application.
Warnings:
- When you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is recommended that you avoid any retinoid products.
- After using retinol, you may feel stinging and the skin may show some redness due to deep peeling of the skin. Irritation is a temporary and normal symptom. If irritation persists, reduce the frequency or stop using the product.

My first use of retinol at 28. Minimal irritation for the first few nights but no redness, just a burning sensation that subsides immediately. I combine it with a more moisturizing product on top, like the snail term cream which is simple in ingredients. What can I say, the results are awesome!
